Can order repeat prescriptions online, new online appointments, can fill in form online to get triaged. Always able to get an appointment within a few days - and the same day if urgent. Really can?t complain. All staff, nurses and Dr?s have always been lovely

Excellent new E-consult system. It means that non-urgent matters can be triaged without you waiting on the phone for ages, and means the phone lines are less busy for those who really want and need an on the day appointment.

Worst place ever.....Always long waiting time when you try to ring them.They do many mistakes. They provide incorrect information.You tell them something and they say yes we will do that and next day they do totally different thing.

The new phone system is great! If they are busy when you call they offer a callback and this has been very effective. Saves a lot of time! Have seen several different doctors and nurses at the surgery and every one has been fantastic.

Today at 3.04 pm to do with this section doing with repeat prescriptions to do with my medication sey a wrong thing how much doses my repeat prescription it is very poor understanding to do when your medication and saying they were not do the app whatsoever at times cuz I'm a new patient I had to wait weeks all the ways to do in my repeat prescription sorted out ?? this doctor surgery is very poor do not come here here ?? how much they can control you they blame you ?? and it's them who's is in the wrong cos I can't be bothered to do their job ???

Let me start by saying that I take my health very seriously (I don?t muck about when it comes to my personal hygiene).So as someone who?s recently moved to the area I was pleased by the friendliness and compassion that the staff showed at the front desk when I went down to hand In a sample on urine (my own). I was then impressed with the delicate care the sample was carried with 2 hands grasping it firmly but not too hard the lid may come off.I was disheartened to read all the negative reviews about the phone timings, so naturally my life partner was apprehensive when he phoned in to ask about an issue.Although he did struggle with phoning the right number (longsightedness being the problem he was phoning about), he did eventually get it right. He did have to wait 45 minutes although he seemed to grasp something that everyone else complaining can?t, is that you can do other task in the meantime and that you don?t have to sit there waiting on the call drinking red wine whilst the kids are at school. So by the time the call was picked up, my life partner had managed to wax our car and both of our legs.

I?ve refrained from writing a view as I have always wanted to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. However, I have been let down now for the third time now. Why can?t people at reception understand exactly what your clients need. I have been referred to a doctor who didn?t deal with what I needed twice now. After waiting for the appointment for a month. It wastes my time and the staffs time. Thankfully the staff who I saw in person was lovely and booked me in for three days later.

My mother in law waited for 2 hours along with other residents of Avon Park Retirement village for someone to come and give them all a covid booster vac . Despite staff trying unsuccessfully to speak to anyone at the practise no one appeared . Apparently Bradford on Avon had got the dates mixed up . Impossible to speak to anyone. Utter disgrace

My husband has recently been discharged from hospital. He was told what he would have to take to aid his recovery. Last Wednesday he put in a prescription at the Health Centre and he has just phoned Health Centre to find out why chemist has not got it. The health centre admitted they had not actioned on it - why not?

My 97 year old Mother is a patient at this surgery and I can't believe how poor and disorganised the service is, especially trying to get through on the phone to a receptionist!After reading the very bad reviews from other disgruntled patients why is nothing being done to address these important issues and why does no-one from the practice respond to these complaints?

Making appointments is ridiculous was on hold for 45 mins!! They really need to change the way the system works. Consider using doctors link. They have it in Nottingham and it works so well you don?t have to call up, simply request an appointment online then the doctors contact you for the day and time.
