They serve microwave food ! I had a beef sheen that was not really hot but the plate was burning hot ! Food tasteless with some weird flavours

The food was substandard I had a pizza which was dry and tasteless. The waiter was good but subservient he didn't have a voice on the quality and when I asked to see the manager they left it to the waiter to hear my complaint.. the only discount provided was the removal.of the service charge which was a choice I could have made myself. This team needs to acknowledge that the food is substandard and need to manage and resolve to survive.

Three adults plus a baby. Early dinner, service was friendly and efficient, team were very accommodating to the little one.

We had 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners here whilst staying in the Hotel at the beginning of October 2023 The breakfasts were outstanding with an extensive selection of quality continental items. Hot breakfasts items were of very good quality too and appreciated the excellent coffee machines with multiple selection, Evening meals were excellent-we had 2 courses each evening and soft drinks. George, the restaurant manager was very friendly and provided a seamless service as did the other servers Also the main course meals were very tasty and particularly liked the Hanger steak and the circular raspberry cheesecake. Side green vegetables and chips so good too!. Highly recommend

Love this hotel and always book the apartment accommodation which is lovely. Brasserie lets the visit down most times, either forget our order, or took an hour to arrive. Room service was 2 hours, chips and a salad took an hour, nice when it gets there but such long waits

My friends and I visited the De Vere Cotswold Water Park for a spa break. We had the most fabulous time. Our dinner was lovely and John our waiter made our night exceptionally special. He made my friends and I feel very welcome and helped to celebrate one of our birthdays, he was a shining light and always had a smile on his face! He was amazing and deserves a big raise! Our spa treatments were also nice and we were quite relaxed after. Would not hesitate to return :)

Very overpriced food for what it is. I?m staying here at the hotel for a few days but will now defo eat elsewhere after my first meal experience

Whilst staying at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park we chose the Brasserie restaurant Service was good and location excellent We ordered fish - which was overdone and chicken very dry Also had breakfast here which was excellent

We booked on line and were delighted to be sat with a lake view. The staff were all really lovely and friendly, the service well worth 10% added to the bill. We had fantastic food, sharing focaccia bread, then having the gnocchi and risotto both delicious and piping hot. Deserts were so good as well, raspberry cheesecake and tiramisu. The wine list was great as well with champagne by the glass which we had. Plus an excellent desert wine. Big thank you to George and John for 1st class service.

We tried the brasserie as staying at the hotel, but we're disappointed by the menu to start as it was the same as the lounge and bar one of the hotel except a few more meals added. And the prices were very expensive for what it is. I think if they added more dietary requirements and choices on the menu and lower the price they would get more satisfied customers and people would keep returning.
