First time using this pharmacy, very quick at dispensing my antibiotics and in general the staff seemed friendly all apart from the first young girl that served me! Abrupt, huffy and quite frankly rude, if she smiled it would make a brighter day. I work in the NHS and a smile just makes for a better day all round. I suggest if you?re not happy in your job? change jobs. I would use this pharmacy again but reluctant to be dealt with her as quite frankly just spoils your day!

I could only give 1 star because I have never been in a chemist which can't count when you give me less tablets every time, now you expect me to do your job and count my prescription in front of you knowing that this will take sometime and let people wait..disgusting behaviour from the lady with blonde Bob style.. if you can't count get a new job to who ever did my prescription...customer care is very much needed

Disgusting service received from the woman with the blonde Bob! Rude and intimidating. Totally humiliated me in front of a shop full of people whilst buying migraine medication. Never again will I use this pharmacy! This is the 4th time this woman has been rude and unprofessional now! I am making a further complaint about this woman.

Mohamed really helped me out of a hole to ensure that I could get my fit-to-fly PCR test certificate in time for me to take a recent flight. He really went the extra mile, personally intervening with the lab to deliver on time. This really was first rate customer service. Thank you.

Mr Andrew Thorpe is spot on. Since this changed ownership, the service is absolutely diabolical and if you dare to tender a suggestion to ease the queues, they are very rude and refuse to listen. People stood outside this week for 90 minutes just to collect a prescription. Absolute rubbish service.

I have always had excellent service from this chemists and found the staff to be kind and supportive. Yes we have to wait a while but people should understand the unprecedented situation we find ourselves living through.
