Absolutely horrible people that work here, went to pick up my parcel, he told me change my phone settings which I didn?t want, continued to be aggressive and slapping his hand on the table.
These owners should not be around children.

Went in to put money on my mums electric key as she unwell I?m now living somewhere else not in ludgershall and only get a chance to come and do things when my sister with me as I don?t drive, the owner of the shop was rude to me several times telling me the key didn?t work when I try with other shops not in the area nothing wrong with the electric key I did prefer to go to ludgershall considering I was doing it for my mum and she lives there but I won?t be returning to this shop anymore as this manager needs to learn how to give customer service properly and also learn to have better manners and not think he?s higher up than everyone else when he ain?t anything special

The most rudest guy working in there. Went in there as it was the only shop open due to the Queen?s funeral and I saw a sign that said ?only cash? and in small letters that it was for top up etc. My partner mentioned this but I went to the till and asked the guy if he?s taking card. He very rudely said ?Yes?. as the guy behind you mentioned? I was only asking and it just wasn?t needed. Lucky I didn?t take my business elsewhere. Disgusting.

Wish I could give it no stars they were unhelpful it seemed everything was to much hard work wont buy anything in there again.

New owner is really nice the way he treats the customers is amazing for a instant I thought I am getting the hotel service in a shop ahop is well stocked being a local always support independent
