The worst ever I booked an appointment for hands and toes on the day of my appointment they told me they couldn't do my toes then they went on and overpriced me stay away from this place the lady also has a nasty attitude I won't recommend also my nails was done very thick I didn't used foul languages for the nail tech , you need to stop lying I won't step foot on going back there not even if it's the last shop ever maybe if you guys take you'll time to take people information then maybe you will have the right booking you guys don't understand what people over the phone.... Maybe if you stop lying and fix your attitude

Visited this place yesterday at 10:37. Went for pedicure. I explained to the man,who works in this nail beauty how I wanted my toe nails to be done. He got angry that he left me and went on to do another client, who had come later than I.The new lady come to do my nails. After they had talked in their language. You could sense his anger and frustration. Them three, talked in their foreign language which was even worse. Mind you English is my second language, but I do try to communicate in English even if it means broken English.It?s important that these staff realise that we are paying for the service. And we expect good customer service and high quality work, ( worthy 45£)good time management and quality nails. It?s my duty to explain what I want and how I want the nails to be done. Not to be treated like trash yet I paid.Very dissatisfied and disappointed.Note Iam a regular at this place but they need improvement in customer service.Service: Pedicure

Don?t come here. I?ve previously came here, booked an appointment yet then still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Asked for a certain length but then the filed and filed a lot shorter. I had a picture as inspiration for them to follow although they didn?t follow it very well doing a few nails the complete wrong colour. This time, I asked for gel French tips. They didn?t do gel they just simply painted it and at the quality they did it i could have done just as well at home. Not happy with it and not coming back.Services: Acrylic nails

Made me wait for my appointment for over an hour past my appointment time which then resulted in a parking fine! What's the point in booking an appointment if you don't get seen at the appointment time! There were several other very annoyed customers who were also having to wait

More like a cattle market than a nail bar. Make an appointment to find they are running an hour or more late due to walk ins, and they cant say no. Shame they dont treat their customers with the same respect they treat grabbing at money. NEVER again. Waste of time. Rather travel to Andover.

Terrible. Gel nails lasted less than 1 week. Filed the top of my nails down so much they are just bendy now and swore, and filled the nail after gel, which caused nail to splinter after. Tried to speak to them in person about it. Told to come back with the manager is in, now told they don?t know when the manger is in. So sadly no resolution to very poor quilting of gel and nail filing. Do not go here

What can I say, Katie and her team are wonderful, very welcoming. Fast turn around and produce outstanding nails which each and every visit they look beautiful. Really listen to what your wanting and give you time to choose your colour(s). Well done and thank you :)

I went to this salon today as I couldn?t go to my regular. I booked an appointment and wasn?t seen until 30 mins after the arranged time. As I walk in the shop the board said acrylic infill: £22. I was then charged £27. My nails are smudged, still rough on the edges where they haven?t filed properly and on top of this, they cut several of my fingers using the drill (hopefully they?re sterile).Services: Acrylic nails

I used this service 4 months ago when I was informed that they don?t need appointments and had to just wait for sometime. Went in again today and they had changed it to appointments only. Waste of time.. ??
