Took my BMW 5 series here for a service initially on reccomendation from a mate. The staff were excellent. When i picked up the car they advised me on two issues that would need rectifying before it?s MOT next year but in no way suggested i use them to do the job. I returned for a little more work after that and recieved the same great service from the staff. Very good prices, quick service and excellent communication. I?ll be reccomending them to others.

Small friendly business with negotiable prices, so far wife's very satisfied with the Nissan Micra purchased January 2018. Wife's no at all happy as of 23/01/18 as the clutch went while at Basingstoke hospital. passenger door handle fell off earlier plus other faults manifesting their selves.

Had an issue with my car, dumped oil everywhere, fast cheap recovery and really quick diagnostics and resolved issue within a few hours at reasonable cost. Would Recommend

AWFUL! Worst, most unprofessional garage I've ever dealt with. They had my vehicle for over a week in and out. Expensive, eventually fixed the fault I took it in for, only they cause several more faults in to process, then tried to say it was just coincidence that it broke and expected me to pay them to fix the issues they caused by treating the CAN Bus wring system as if it was regular copper wiring. Steer clear!!!

Terrible. No communication kept my car for 3 days and nothing was done ( wheel change and mot) constant calls and voicemail and texts with no reply. in the end I found my car still left outside garage and had to go to garage down the road. They sorted it in less than 24 hours.

Very impressed! Took my aged MOT failed Volvo in for them to check. The diagnostics were done while I waited and the fault was found within 15 minutes of my arrival.Within minutes I was given a price and the faulty sensor was ordered. It arrived an hour later and only took minutes to fit. Off the old banger went for a retest and is now ready for another year?s trouble free motoring.I would highly recommend these guys, they excel when it comes to engine management systems, I?ll use them again.
