Can?t comment on the food because we waited for 10 minutes at the counter to order for 5 staff members to completely ignore us altogether. It was mind blowing to not even be acknowledged. We left and got some great fish and chips around the corner.

Live a few miles away but whenever my food is delivered it has always been hot. Some delays happen but given the distance I understand why it might sometimes be late. Drivers have been friendly and polite when dropping off the food as well.

Ordered food at 9pm and the food didn't arrive until 11:15pm. When I called them and asked where the food were they told me its on its way and assured me it wouldn't be cold! The food arrived 2 hours later, it was cold and the order was wrong!!!!!

Ordered online for home delivery waited an hour and phoned to see where it was and they said it's been sat on the shelf for 45 mins as no driver and don't know when it would be.He was shocked when I said give me a refund as I don't want cold pizza

No one answered phone when you call to complain in Amesbury. Chips are raw. A number times I complain First around due to the pizza a few months ago got abuse from the staff via emai.Took months from the so call management to respond and resolve the situation..
