Terrible checkout experience. Lazy staff (especially the Indian with glasses) will send you to self-check out whist standing there doing nothing.

I don't ever post but I had to on this occasion. An Indian staff member put my stuff behind the perplex glass guard, just threw a bag on top and didn't even acknowledge me. Rudest man I've ever experienced in a retail store.

How do staff get away with being so rude to customers, as if it?s a completion!My goods were run through the till, and cashier waited silently without saying ?that?s £4:99 please? ??I then presented my card, he remained silent?.. I walked away?. Silent?.. no, ?thank you? ? nothing.He couldn?t have made it feel more awkward if he tried, and I seriously hope this is addressed with him (served at 17:45 on 19/09/24).

Unhelpful staff, not interested when products fall below expected quality. Over charged on numerous occasions where they don't update the price tickets to match actual price. Always long queue. Disappointed now they don't do evri collect and drop off service. Even more reason now for me not to use this shop.

Did not honour the prices on display on multiple occasions. Items marked at clearance prices rang up at full price - even when said clearance prices were removed from the display to allow the teller to scan them more easily / see that they were real. Was keen to have those good deals, but more often than not, they're not real, or someone forgot to update the prices internally.
