Script was sent by doctor on the 25th October 2023 and I went to pick it up on the 30th when I got there iwas told to wait 20mins then 3 more people came in one of which the staff knew they made me continue to wait for another half hour and served the other people. This is not good enough I guess unless your friends of the staff then you are made to wait.Bad practice this pharmacy needs to be looked at. Discussed.

Very inconvenient when the Boots Pharmacy website gives you one opening time, only to get to the pharmacy and its shut with a different opening time displayed. The pharmacy need to resolve this issue as it's inconvenient to sick people walking or driving only to meet the pharmacy closed. Takes forever to collect your medication and sometimes after waiting for over 30 minutes you'll be told it's not ready so come back.

First time my prescription was sent there by the surgery I was told that it took 2 days to dispense it The second time I waited 2 days but was told it was 7 days when I responded that I was told 2days the response was it takes 2 days for them to receive it from the doctor and then 7 days to dispense. Given that the prescription is sent electronically it?s hard to believe that it takes 2 days to get there. Back home a prescription is sent one day and the next day I get a text saying it?s ready for collection Plus I rang 79 times and the phone was either not answered or it was engaged or busy.

why don't they answer the phone I have tried for two days now to talk to somebody just rings and rings. Very poor service. If I could give no stars I would.

Why are both boots in Amesbury so bad. It does not matter what time if day you go in there is always a queue of at least 6 or 7 people. If both sites are so busy why do boots not open a bigger one or get some staff

Although it has the opening and closing times on the website, it should also say they are shut over lunchtime!

I went 6 times to try and fill a single prescription. Still only got a partial fill and they didn't refund the money I paid. So basically they stole from me. The store has a bunch of trainees working there so you get different answers each time and everything takes forever.

Constantly long waiting times in the queue to get served (30min to an hour sometimes). It has been ongoing for months. Please get more staff serving people as the existing staff can clearly not cope with the workload.If possible, avoid this Boots Pharmacy.When is Boots UK going to step in to sort this store out?

Spending 3 hrs trying to find a pharmacy that had a certain drug, due to supply issues, so I started to ring Boots Amesbury permanently ringing all the way from ludgershall to Amesbury high street.....still waiting for someone to answer, could here the telephone ringing there end, I asked a member of staff to answer as im on the other end, she replied we are too busy.Absolutely appalling wish I could give no stars.
