Staff are friendly and always really helpful, especially Karen who dealt with our return promptly and didn't make us feel like we were being awkward customers unlike the manager (Carl) at the Salisbury Store. BM in Salisbury really need to visit the Amesbury store for a day to learn how to deliver good customer service. I hope BM Head Office see this as the staff are amazing at this store ?.

Next to Tesco on the outskirts of the town. Good parking area and plenty of spaces. Trolleys are there. Area is generally clean and tidy. Inside the store stock levels are good and shelves are tidy and ticketing is there. The garden area is also well stocked and arranged. The tills are tidy and the team are happy, friendly and professional.
