Cosy cafe, friendly fast service. Food was lovely and fresh, with bakery bread and butchers bacon. Generous portions too! price represents the good quality and portion, if we were local we would come often. Coffee was just as good as the food.

We were holidaying in Devon in a large party group of 20 bikers.
In advance of the weekend away we contacted the cafe to see if they could accommodate our large group.
Due to the size of our party we placed a pre order.
On arrival all orders were confirmed and drinks orders placed and staff delivered the food promptly.
A few had changed their orders and things got a little mixed up at times, but we were a large group.
Sandwiches were lovely, large crusty bread with plenty of filling, no complaints.
Great little place.

Always a pleasure visiting this cracking cafe/shop. The staff are a joy and we always feel welcome. Great food, especially the prawn sandwich! Great coffee.

Lovely quirky little cafe. Tables were kept clean and service was good. The food and drinks myself and family had were very nice. The payment system is crazy though. Just take payment when orders are placed it would be so much quicker and easier for all. I queued to pay after finishing our food and drinks only to be told I had to go to an unmanned till at the other end of the building. I waited there for 5 minutes with several others, a lady eventually came to the till, had to squeeze past other people on the tables, manually sort through a pile of paper orders and then I could eventually pay!

Good place to stop on a ride. Had soup, toastie and a tea. Bit more than a usual cafe but great quality ingredients and menu

Called in for a coffee/ tea stop and ended up having lunch followed by amazing lemon cake. Great service and food was absolutely lovely, the Homity pie and coronation chicken ciabatta and the best lemon cake I?ve had in a long time. Keep up the very good job you do, will be back again soon
Parking: Lots of free parking and a disabled bay b the side gate.

Nice place, but let down by poor coffee (weak and a bit tasteless), slow service (had to go up and remind them we had ordered cake) and a crazy payment system that involves walking tot he other end of the room to pay.
I hope Mipo takes the advice and makes a few small improvements to become a really nice "destination" coffee shop. Genuine review made with good intentions.

Fantastic coffee shop/eatery. Popped here on Easter Monday as an alternative to a breakfast place. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Partner had the triple club sandwich, and said it was the best he?s ever had. I had the vegan soup and sandwich and it was excellent. We will definitely be going back.Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian and vegan dishes. Clearly marked and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly

Great coffee shop in a great location that had a great informal atmosphere - food delivered quickly and efficiently - reasonable prices - great toasties and cafe (and tea) - pay by cash if you can it is preferred - helps to keep costs down!!
