Rude staff and pharmacist. Made to feel really awkward about if they offered any treatment for ingrown toenails which I got a rude 'no' response. I then asked if the pharmacist could take a look as I had had a sore toe for a few days and her response was 'yeah if you want'. I then stood there and felt incredibly embarrassed and uncomfortable. She then asked me to sit on a chair in the middle of the store to show her. Nothing but miserable and unpleasant service. She told me I needed to see a doctor so I left feeling more anxious. Do not visit this place.

Again very rude was the young girl with red hair. I hate going hear, but went in for my husband. I was told by the doctor that tablets would be ready. Only to be told by this obnoxious young women that the doctors don't work hear. I did ask if I could have the prescription to take it else where. She just said very clearly I can sent it back( meaning the doctors) for you to go else where. My husband, if he doesn't fall ill is going tomorrow it get the tablets. Then he is moving. She said it takes 72 hours for it to come through. So how come last month my husband went in the very next day, and he got them straight away because he was working and couldn't get them another day. One time I went in 3 years ago for them to shout out to me and a full shop of people. Oh we don't do these. You will have to try another chemist. Has your son just com out of detox for drinking.
I was devastated to say the least and very embarrassed with a shop full of people. That was the last time I went into that shop until today. Never again

Booked a flu vaccination, arrived to be told they had rung to say they had run out of vaccine. Questioned why they didn't leave a voicemail? Why I also got an email reminder of the appointment in a reasonable calm manner to be told stop shouting at me. The lady behind the counter needs a lessons in customer service and self reflection if she doesn't understand why somebody would be annoyed having made the journey and wasted their time her attitude stinks

Once again my dealings with this pharmacy have been absolutely diabolical to say the least. I have used this chemist for over 30 years and over the years there have been many chemists working there (under one chemist name or another) - MOST of them have been excellent and could not be faulted for their service and customer care. Unfortunately over the past few years since Well took over their standards have dropped and most (not all) of their staff have been absolutely horrendous to deal with. We are asked not to lose our tempers with the staff but unfortunately the staff there more recently have made this very difficult with their absolute belief that the way they are dealing with people is correct whether it is or not. Also on three occasions I have asked for assistance and each time was told to speak to the doctor this is despite being told to speak to the chemist first!!!!! I am sorry if I have lost my patience with the staff but it has been very very difficult to deal with them as things stand now. (Unfortunately it is not possible to give them a minus1000 rating but that is all they deserve at this time!!!!) Come on Well Chemist - buck your ideas up and try and get ourselves some better ratings by improving your services and customer liason. (PS - I have to say you have finally beaten me!!!! - I shall not be using your chemist in the future as I do not like feeling as if I need to be on my guard everytime I approach your chemist and it leaves me extremely upset everytime I have to deal with you.)

This is our go chemist since moving to Yeadon 5 years ago!! The staff are lovely, friendly and we always have a chat that ends with us all laughing! They are a busy chemist but the staff can't do enough for you. I've rung the doctors a couple of times now for my son and they've referred me to the chemist, which I had no idea this was even a thing, but the service received from them was brilliant. Thank you ladies for your exceptional service x

Went in earlier today and was waiting in line ,there was an elderly woman infront of me and one of the staff was incredibly rude to her while she was asking for advice and help resulting in her just giving up and walking out ,you expect to be treated with respect and kindness especially when going to a pharmacy .this seems to happen everytime I go in here .very disappointing

I called to collect a blister pack for my client, the woman behind the counter that I presume is in charge needs a lesson in customer service. Rude aggressive and obnoxious is not short of what she is.
