I came to this branch after a negative experience with prolonged wait times for checkups at the Baildon branch.The whole team at Yeadon has been very supportive in assisting me with contact lenses.More specifically Leana who kept patient and guided me on how to get the lense in and out.Keep up the good work.

I have always found the staff here very personable, welcoming and genuine. Niki, one of the assistants working in the shop can never do enough to help and she is a credit to the business.The reasons I moved to Vision Express from Specsavers was because Specsavers couldn't offer a personal service and they weren't cheap either. A simple eye test would seem to involve what felt like a conveyor belt process to be seen.The moral of the story is don't ever lose focus of why your customers choose your store over others. Going the extra mile and staying affordable will keeps your customers coming back year after year.

If you want a thorough eye test here is the place to go. Friendly , helpful and professional staff. From walking in to collection of glasses everything was perfect. Special mention to Umar who was very helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would.Oh and great blue light discount too !

Visited for an eye test today. All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and approachable. Aqsa (the optometrist who conducted most of my eye test) was obviously experienced and provided clear and informative answers to all of my questions throughout the test. I left feeling confident in the process and the recommendations I had been given. If you need an eye test, I would recommend this opticians. Thankyou Vision Express Yeadon Team!

I recently had an opticians appointment and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff at the opticians were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. The waiting area was comfortable and well-maintained, The optometrist aqsa was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the examination process, which made me feel confident in her expertise. She also asked thoughtful questions about my lifestyle and any concerns I had regarding my eye health. During the actual eye exam. Upon receiving my prescription, there were numerous frames to choose from in a range of prices to suit my budget that umar guided me through all the frames to find the right ones for me, and making sure they where suitable for driving, he then helped me with my payment plan and happily answered ever question I asked and help me with questions I had about contact lenses. They sent me home with a clear understanding of my eye heath and care. Overall, my experience at this opticians appointment was beyond satisfactory?it was positively outstanding. Today ring in to check up on my order and aqsa was more than happy to help me. And let me know when the best time to collect all my orders.

Called in 26/7/23 for annual checkup and staff were as friendly & attentive as usual.They spent time assisting me in selecting a frame and then even longer making sure my chosen transition lenses could be applied to my selected frame. Due to my specific prescription this took some organising.Always been happy to come to this branch in Yeadon as the staff are so friendly and helpful.(Specific thanks to Nafisah , Bev & Aqsa)

The excellent staff have been brainwashed into selling expensive glasses and lenses please do not feel intimidated by the companies staff telling you ,you need to change your glasses or lenses if you are comfortable with your old glasses

Fantastic service. Only opticians I will use. Nobody else cares about anything but taking your money. Lovely optician listened to my worries and answered every single question. Really happy and feel like for once, it was money well spent. Thank you!

Wonderful service - would highly recommend the team here for getting young childrens eyes tested. They knew just how to tailor to tests for childrens size and abilities, and keep them on board! I was sick of Specsavers sale tactics and needed a professional outfit i could trust.
