I have to say the staff at this post office are amazing!.... especially the lovely young lady who helped me called Taz. I was a complete numpty and she had the patience of a saint to deal with me and made me laugh and smile. She helped me with everything I needed and explained it numerous times till it eventually sank in. Today I left the post office with a big smile on my face due to taz. Thank you for not throwing the money I was trying to convert...forgot to take with me....or miss counted at my face and tell me to leave. So to sum it up Taz your an absolute star and a credit to the post office ??

A big thunbs up to Mehwish !She is always professional and friendly,we have a laugh. Today iv actually renewed my passport in the postoffice.It was done quickly ,with no fuss ( I hate forms) All you need is your old passport,your phone number and email address. We'll done Mimi.and Thanks again.

I have used Yeadon post office for years.I send lots of parcels ,they do a good deal. But my latest Wow!..Was getting my passport renewed..I went in for an application form..and was told this could be actually done in the post office. You just book an appointment,and it takes no time at all.Mehwish was professional, friendly.she took my photo,I just needed old passport and a few bits of personal information. AMAZING!

I went in for a passport application form. Was told by staff the whole process can be done by them. All I need is my old passport, email address and mobile number. I have since done this with a really nice lady called Mehwish. It took maybe 10 minutes or so to complete including photo. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff at this branch. Passport application submitted
