Many thanks to the wonderful person called Eden. What an asset he is to your Yeadon store I needed assistance and he went out of is way to help and advise even going to the warehouse when he was already involved with moving stock on the shop floor to find the item for me. Then immediately turning to the next customer to help him with his query. Thank you Eden from the Guinness searching lady may you have a very merry Christmas. Morrisons I hope you value this very helpful employee he is a fine example of a helpful, cheery colleague.

Appreciate the local 'drop outs' (most civilised phrase I could think of) rob the place and somethings had to be done with the alcohol section, but the new system isn't working very well. Spirits behind locked doors, press the buttons, nobody arrives. Not necessarily staff fault. Sainsburys system is superior. I nearly walked out because of the wait, but managed to find someone myself working on another aisle after 5 minutes wait.

The shelves are still bare so often, you have to make multiple trips to do a full shop.
We're past the pandemic, excuses have run dry now.
Cutting staff by automating more and more checkouts, I understand this, but you can't automate shelf stacking.
