The service was so bad it made me angry.m and s prices for microwave crap. Everything out of stock..waitress literally was aggressive and rude.saying out of stock to Everything .didn't tell us until half way through a set menu..run by kids ,if there was someone to complain to I would but no one is gonna care so what's point..half food sent back as inedible.

Charlotte is an amazing barmaid, she catered to our every need despite the kitchen struggles, we had a lovely meal and several very nice drinks? she knows how to pour a proper pint of Guinees? the Irish would be proud. Absolutely fantastic service, she served us back in September and was as happy and enthusiastic as she was back then, perfect barmaid for the establishment!!

Stayed at premier inn next door so for ease came in here. Place really needs a bit of renovation as it is looking tired. Food was very basic and there really wasn?t much choice. Being diabetic I was looking for something not carb heavy, they didn?t really have anything without chips! Prices were expensive for what you got. The staff were lovely and very friendly.

A very nice meal and atmosphere, not visited for a while and will definitely return soon . The service was exceptional with special thanks to James and Leah who made our visit extra special with their professionalism and humour . Well worth a visit !

We have been coming to stoops for years last few months it really went down hill, service and food! Last month there has been a huge turn around new management and the staff are back to their happy good spirit selves ! Great service, great atmosphere! All the staff are great, they always want to help, good to see them all back smiling ?
