Had a great experience this opticians. The staff were really welcoming and took care to explain every part of the process and what I really loved the most was that they explained the reason why they were doing it. The optician I was seen by was amazing again explained why the tests were done and even what they were looking for in my scans should there be any abnormalities. I don?t think I?ve ever been to an opticians that went to the effort of being so detailed with their work, it made me feel more trust in that they were providing an excellent service as well as giving me autonomy.
Usually the part I dread the most is the part where you are asked to pick out glasses and at this time I couldn?t afford a brand new pair due to it being the end of the month. But no pressure from the team and was told I could come back whenever I wanted and order them when it?s best for me.
Best opticians I?ve been to (not to be dramatic), they really care about their clients and focus on their care and customer support 100%.

Optician was a lovely lady, made me feel very comfortable, was very amiable and also very diligent. Carefully took the time to explain everything to me. The assistant that then looked after me whilst I selected frames was a trainee. She was carefully overseen by a senior colleague as she supported me. She was a lovely young lady and had provided excellent customer service. She put a lot of care into checking/measuring for the frames and lenses. Great experience and an excellent team.

Met with a very warm welcome with the staff really friendly and professional. Eye test went better than expected with prescription similar to previous one, no pushy sales to purchase new frames, so expenditure very minimal and a pleasant surprise

Normally rate Vision Express highly but I was very disappointed with my visit this week and won?t go back I?m afraid.
Didn?t really understand what the optician was telling me re my eyes following quite major surgery. Very arrogant and unhelpful when I asked for her to explain again. No empathy. Not what I?m used to there.
