Got a new key cut from here. Great selection of designs to choose from - I went for a pink one - cost £12 for one or £18 for two. Service was very fast, I was in and out in under two minutes

Paul at Weatherby shop was incredibly helpful when our car key snapped 200 miles from home. Whilst the shop did not stock the sort of key required for a placement he was extremely polite and gave us a lot of good advice to help us when we were stuck, and provided a temporary fix so we could get home to get our spare whilst ordering in the correct item to a local store. Thank you Paul!

I went into branch to get my Samsung phone screen fixed. They confirmed they could fix it via sending it off to the central team, with a 7 day turn around. 7days later, they called me into store and advised they could not fix the phone due to part availability.I don?t mind not being able to get parts, but tell me on the spot. Really poor communication and service.
