Went today to open a savings account and was turned away (the door was locked and had to knock) was told cant enter as no face to face conversations and will only do face time ! this is at a time when bars and restaurants and shops are open , there was no reason why they can't see customers if they are following government guidelines that are in effect now , all other banks and building societies have been open a while now .so that's one customer they have lost without even getting to open an account !
