Toilet facilities were disgusting. My partner used the bathroom after one of your members of staff used it and said there was water and fecies all over the floor. Looks like the person did their business on the floor and tried to spray it away down the drain. Absolutely disgusting.

The gentleman who works behind the till at this garage is consistently rude, obnoxious and I question why he is still employed. He lacks any form of social skills and should not be customer facing. Why, after seeing multiple reviews expressing the same level of dissatisfaction, do Shell feel it is acceptable to allow this to continue. He is representing the company and this is creating a terrible impression. I will never visit this garage again, I do not expect filling my car with fuel to be such a horrid experience. Disgraceful.

Please be VERY careful when paying for your petrol/diesel at this garage & always get a receipt! They have dodgy tills! We bought petrol obviously went in to pay, transaction complete or so we thought!! Oh no received a letter from some rob dog company forecourteye.com saying it was a 'drive off' and we now owe for the petrol (fair enough happy to pay that if didnt go through properly) but now we also owe them a £35 admin fee threatening more charges if not paid by by a certain time. This is an error on Shell and their tills/cashier to say that's not gone through please try again! It is not our fault it didn't go through its up to the cashier to say like everywhere else in the retail world!!! How is that fair? Very dodgy and no help from garage at all. Looking online we're not the only ones so obviously a glitch with their system, be careful!

Popped in for a paper at 2.30ish 26th August and was faced down by an extremely rude man. Absolutely no customer service skills. I will avoid in future as don?t appreciate being spoken to in that way.

Was i for fuel just after 4pm on the 21st june You really need to teach that young lad some manors! He was very rude and abrupt..and i dont appreciate my receipt being thrown at mo.

I'm sure the business is fine. My issue is litter and in particular with the plastic fuel dispensing gloves which I keep seeing blowing all over the road and area in Wetherby. I mentioned it to the cashier last week but still seeing. Problem is the plastic getting into drains then rivers and contributing to polluting the rivers and sea. Please try to keep these gloves within your premises. Thank-you.
