Ordered something off Argos and did click and collect at this store staff were rude and unhelpful asked to speak to the manager he was just as bad stood there giving me pitty. I am fed up and tired of Sainsbury's staff thinking they can do what they want.

Was refused service because the front of my passport was worn due to being in and out of my pocket. Was spoken to like nothing and told it was the final answer and wasn?t gonna be served. Clearly the manager needs more education in both what a valid ID looks like as well as customer service skills. Nothing to do with the boy on the till he was lovely and just doing his job.
