Buzzes and climbs straight back in his van. I actually watched him and when confronted he said he'd waited ages. I watched him get out of the van, buzz, and climb straight back in, in less than 10 seconds.

Terrible service 2 hours during most peoples working days to collect parcels.Royal Mail really are stupid.

Early opening so can collect on the way to work and longer hours Saturday. Great for parcel drops or returns with proof of postage. Really helpful. Remember this is a depot not a post office

When they're open you can collect your parcels here. They're not open all that often though, and it can take time.
