I started to use our local wetherby post office instead of DHL to post parcel to our son abroad. I found Verity who assisted me to be excellent and patient with my questions, and the parcel arrived perfectly on time. Thank you from a happy customer, Mrs Jordan

Visited the Wetherby post office today and had an excellent experience thanks to Muhammad! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to explain everything I needed. When I struggled to write the address, he kindly offered to write it out for me. His friendly and efficient service made my visit a breeze. Big thumbs up for Muhammad at the Wetherby post office - he's a credit to the team!

The rudest lady I have ever encountered?
I understand that this lady was older and maybe did not enjoy her job? But when you work with the public a certain little bit of customer service is required?
I had some change to put into my bank today as unfortunately all the banks in Wetherby are closed?
But when i approached the service desk and said I have some change to deposit, she literally said OH NO?? I hope it's in bags, which it was? As I was aware of holding the Que up? She made me feel so uncomfortable?
In conclusion if you do t want to work in the public sector? Don't!!
The post office in Wetherby is our last chance of banking, we shouldn't be made to feel like a inconvenience?

Staff are Always helpful and understanding despite it always being super busy in the wetherby branch. Never had a problem :)

Lovely post office, friendly and very helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble even at very challenging times of the year and even when under extreme pressure, I visit at least three times a week with all the signed for and special deliveries for Hartlaw solicitors.

How many reviews do you need to understand that there is a serious problem with the basic fundamentals of customer service in your branch? You clearly don't take customer service or complaints seriously because the problems persist. You don't need to be contacted directly to investigate, you need to train your staff correctly. The female staff are ALL miserable. Great customer service is always to welcome your customers with a smile, always have a polite manner, always be courteous, never be patronizing, rude, miserable or all the things you let your staff get away with. Sort it out and ensure the level of service is then maintained. I try and avoid your post office like the plague, unfortunately sometimes it's unavoidable and I have to use you. It's always the same, it's been going on for years. No excuse.
