Popped in to have lunch here before we did a shop and was so disappointed. The food was absolutely awful, the person cooking the food was so grumpy and should not be working in a kitchen, when we had to change our order due to the kitchens error, he even had the audacity to question why we were asking for some money back - the meals we were getting were cheaper. Served by a very helpful and friendly lady but the experience overall was terrible and we won't be back. Please don't waste your time going here.

Wouldn?t eat here the spoons knifes and forks are dirty. Someone will get really ill if they haven?t already.
They need to sort it out or I will report them because it?s a risk to public health.

Went on Saturday the seventh. Cade quiet due to the storm. Service good and food great. I had tikka my son had kids meal that was large. Loads of tables with pits on though when it was quiet. Same young girl that serves food rude as always to the people nearby. One woman that works there asked her for some colours for my son to colour she said there aren?t any then proceeded to give a pot of about twenty to a little girl. Why not split the pot and let both children colour would have been a polite nice friendly staff thing to do. Only one consistentt with this cafe the lady with the glasses who is amazing on the till always polite and friendly and welcoming she wasn?t there that day though. Also why are the fridges always empty when the place is dead and staff stood around. Still cheap and cheerful but not the best place

The worst breakfast I have ever eaten. Unacceptably and astoundingly bad. No excuse to be this bad. Mushrooms actually made me sick just looking at them. They even smelled gross. Toast was basically bread. Eggs were even awful. Take head of the low ratings they are here for a reason!

The food is excellent as is the value but there were no cups for the hot drinks so paper cups were brought out & no tea spoons either !!
Basically the tables are full of uncleared items from previous customers & the waitress was totally oblivious about clearing the back-log !!
I could see they were short staffed but it appears that certain members of staff need a bit more training ?
I actually helped out for 5 minutes clearing tables for the waiting customers.
With no thanks either !

Great supermarket cafe. Prices reasonable, staff friendly and hot food delivered to your table. Highly recommend for any time of day plus you get free hot drink refills.

Went to the refurbished cafe at Wetherby...waited for over half hour ..had to ask where our food was ..it was flat cold when brought to us..do you still want it.. ERM no thanks money back please ..can't give it a food rating because we didn't get any..tbh it looked awful so glad we received our money back ..
