Lauren did an excellent job lightening my hair. She listened attentively and understood exactly what I desired, surpassing my expectations. I'm delighted to be back to blonde with my hair in great condition.

Amazing salon! I went from blonde to brunette and was a little apprehensive as I'd tried doing this with another salon locally a few years ago with pretty poor results. Lauren was fantastic and understood exactly what I was looking for to put warmth back into my base tone. She pre coloured, highlighted, coloured and used multiple toners to achieve perfect results. So much better than my previous experience elsewhere of a root blend that ended up looking grey and dull. I'm so pleased with the results, and for the first time in over 20 years of bleaching, my hair is shining again. I would thoroughly recommend Mode for their colouring expertise, they're definitely the best in the area.

What an amazing Salon!Having had a balayage elsewhere 4 weeks ago, I was feeling quite underwhelmed with the results as I felt the stylist had not given me the results I was hoping for.I had a consultation with Lauren and she managed to get me in for my root colour & highlights the next day.I?m so happy with the results! Lauren really listened to what I wanted and advised me on what would be best. I now feel like I have the colour I wanted and it looks great - I?ve had a few lovely compliments!As well as this the salon is lovely and the lady that washed & blow-dried my hair (as well a offering drinks throughout) did a great job too.
