Service is fairly quick if they know where the items are. The new outside dispenser is great, when its working!! Seems the branch is far too small for the amount of prescriptions. The phone never gets answered either

19 days and still no sign of repeat prescription. Can?t get through on phone. Always queueing for ages and a rarely get a text when prescription ready. Very poorly organised.

I am very impressed with the online triage system used and the speed at which my husband and I have both been either seen or spoken to on the phone. Invariably this has been same day, which brings great comfort in worrying situations. Agree the reception staff are kind and efficient - keep up the great work, I know it?s a busy practice and you serve a large number of patients.

I have been trying to telephone Day Lewis for days, they don?t answer. That means I am going to have to travel into Wetherby to speak to them. They will spend just as much time talking face to face on the phone so they are not saving time by ignoring my calls.

On previous occasions I?ve had good service from Day Lewis but today I?ve been waiting 9 days for my prescription and no one has yet answered the phone on 6 tries (that?s just today).
That was yesterday. Today after Day Lewis didn?t answer the phone 3 more times I phoned the surgery, which I shouldn?t do! just to confirm that Day Lewis did get my prescription 10 days ago; and they did. The GP?s receptionist was extremely understanding and helpful and chased it for me. It?s now ready. Five stars for the surgery and none for the pharmacy (they are separate businesses).

I went into the pharmacy the other week to sort out a prescription (birth control) that was meant to have 6 months worth in but instead had 2 months worth. When I explained the situation, a lovely receptionist called someone from the back who was new and told me I was incorrect about my facts and to go home and check again as the system said I was meant to have 6 months worth. I travelled from Harrogate which I explained as I haven?t had the chance to change my GP, so that alone should have given the lady the knowledge to know I wasn?t lying but I was patient and went home. I then tried to call up 20 times once I got home to explain again that I still have 2 months worth and to please give me 4 months worth as birth control is extremely important to be consistent with. When I explained to the same lady I saw earlier over the phone that I still had 2 months worth and wasn?t given 6 months worth she muttered under her breath ?well you did? which was EXTREMELY rude. I would not waste my time doing a 1hr trip and phoning 20 times to try and rob the pharmacy out of 4 months worth of the pill. I just wanted my correct prescription and was extremely patient about it and the whole situation made me quite upset as I was being accused of being a liar. The whole thing was really bad customer service, especially for a 21 year old who just wanted her birth control.

They are too busy to recommend more patients, and I can never see Dr. Fraser whom I used to see every time before Covid.

Terrible pharmacy! Let?s the surgery down. So badly organised nothing is ever ready and requires a long wait as standard. Always behind but like to all to have a lunch hour together and shut up shop?! Who does this day and age? Needs a strong manger to sort it out as it?s currently a joke! My advice is go to Boots or don?t get ill!

Nearly 3 weeks after ordering my repeat script, it's still not ready and I ran out 2 days ago.
They won't answer the phone, just get an automated 'we're busy' message.
Two previous occasions, I've had a text to say my prescription is ready and when I've got there it isn't.
Poor service all round.
Would give it 0 stars if I could.

This is such a busy pharmacy for the size however I can not fault any of the staff always so helpful, respectful and kind all always go above and beyond for my needs and others I have witnessed.

I?ve recently moved to the area and had nothing but problems with this pharmacy . They?re just too busy , queuing around the surgery and can?t seem to handle the amount of prescriptions they have . They?re rarely answer the telephone and on occasions take it off the hook. I?ve since moved pharmacy .
Tragic, really.

Phenomenal service, fast, efficient, friendly.
I've lowered my star rating today 20.01.25 from 5 star. This pharmacy has become incredibly busy. Serious delays in receiving messages to collect prescriptions of you're lucky to receive one. We have our prescriptions set to collect from the machine, but this is now failing and we're facing long queues to collect in person because the medication is so late. A prescription put in on 2nd January and still no message to collect, nor a code for the machine. This for anti psychotic medication too. The service has deteriorated. Tried ringing, just an answerphone saying they're busy and ring later. Doesn't matter what time you ring, it's the same.
