Service is fairly quick if they know where the items are. The new outside dispenser is great, when its working!! Seems the branch is far too small for the amount of prescriptions. The phone never gets answered either

19 days and still no sign of repeat prescription. Can’t get through on phone. Always queueing for ages and a rarely get a text when prescription ready. Very poorly organised.

I am very impressed with the online triage system used and the speed at which my husband and I have both been either seen or spoken to on the phone.
