Go above and beyond for customers and always happy to refer to other services and businesses which I've used and been equally over the moon with. My Mum has used this shop for a very long time and always been treated with the most kind respect now she can't drive these lovely guys come out if it's within their job description. Keep doing what you're doing guys I've never experienced a shop like yours down south. You're a breath of fresh air and 1 of the best things about Wetherby!

I did a little research , and found this local supplier of domestic appliancces. I wandered over to weatherby to have a look and speak to the guy at the desk. Friendley staff and the deliver was prompt and he set the fride up for me and even took the wrapping away. The 5 stars are well earned . Thanks .

Needed a new dishwasher. Bright ideas very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to choose. Went for a bosch as I had one before and happy with it. Quick delivery given bank holiday. Pricing was a little more than internet sites but when factor in cost of installation was only marginal difference. Having read some reviews of installation nightmares I was glad I chose Bright ideas. Friendly and took time to install. As it was an integrated unit it was a bit tricky and took a bit longer. Installation was very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them. Great job thanks.

We've been Bright Ideas customers for years and have bought several large white goods from them - the price always includes delivery and installation and as such is very competitive. The quality of installation is very high indeed. We buy everything electrical from them - lightbulbs to white goods to, most recently, a hand held vacuum. Excellent. Within 2hrs of choosing my washing machine it had been delivered, installed and the old one and all packaging taken away. Amazing. Will definitely be shopping locally in the future
