Pleasant surroundings, friendly efficient staff, air conditioning, excellent choice of frames, high tech equipment. For me personally I loved having the same optician, Heather, carry out my eye test two and a half years after my previous one, it is rare these days. Highly recommend Boots Opticians.

Professional. Helpful. Testing at the Wetherby branch (including 3D test) was clearly explained. Results were discussed and any issues addressed in a comfortable environment. Choice and purchase of frames was also easily dealt with but NOT as a priority over dealing with the actual health and well-being of the eye and sight checks. That is not always the feeling with other opticians.

Been with Boots for 7 years. Now become very expensive. Shop was empty, I was the only customer at 2pm on a weekday. Society are waking up to greedy businesses and looking abroad or Internet. Our well known establishments are self sabotaging. Trouble is if they close it will gradually ricochet and this beautiful busy vibrant town will decline and fail. All in the name of profit and yachts in the Bahamas!

I was seen on time. Both the assistant who did the initial checks and the optician were very good. The tests were carried out professionally. I was very happy with the check up and the results given to me.

The staff and the optician were particularly excellent. However, the price just to replace lenses and keep the same frames on two pairs was eye watering. It was cheaper to buy a new pair and keep existing ones. Can?t be right

From the moment I arranged my eye test in the Wetherby branch, I was kept informed clearly all the way. Once I walked through the door the team made me comfortable & at ease. Katherine, Alex, Olivia were great & especially Tiffany who was super helpful spending so much time providing advice while helping me choose suitable frames, thank you so very much.
