Randomly went to wetherby for the first time. Was craving coffee so i thought to visit bae coffee to try something different because cafe nero and costa coffee taste like shit to me. I dont like them.
When i tried cappuccino in bae coffee it was so yumm. I must recommend you try cappuchino or any other hot coffee with brownie.
My bae tried iced matcha vanilla chocolate she loved it but personally i dont like matcha so i didnt liked it. Must visit here. I lived the theme of the shop. All black?

Poor experience - took ages and at the point of ordering (2 people waiting) the staff gave no indication of the wait time. Eventually had to leave without the drink I?d paid for. Would not recommend - go to Kofi & Co instead.

Very pleasant and popular café with lovely, helpful staff. I had the iced vanilla matcha which was ok. Had a side of the crispy potatoes which were greasy rather than crispy but tasty nevertheless. Honey and nut flapjack had some little gritty bits in which my teeth weren't partial to. Overall, a friendly little place to visit whilst in Wetherby.

I had terrible service yesterday re my take away tea. My very simple request to remove the teabag was met with a ?no?.I consequently had to lift my overfill cup up and boiling liquid poured over my fingers.
I chose to message privately to the management and they chose to completely ignore my message.
I guess the staff get their attitude from the management?

Incredibly rude service.
I paid £2.50 for a babyccino for my 2-year-old, something that?s free in most coffee shops, and was handed an espresso cup of milk. When I politely questioned it, the waitress snapped, ?It?s nothing to do with us.?
No explanation, no courtesy, just attitude. I walked out and left the milk behind.
Edit: there was no chocolate sprinkles either.

Just popped in for one of the best coffees around. Extremely busy with locals and although I didn't have any food it looked delicious. As usual in Yorkshire the natives are friendly.???

I visited yesterday, 17/4/25 with my grown up son. The food was wonderful, fabulous menu and cakes are divine.
The service was excellent, staff were incredibly friendly, polite and efficient. The cafe is lovely and cosy with a great atmosphere.

Good location and very good staff but 28 pounds for 2 coffees and 2 bacon and egg sandwiches is very expensive. Can go for a full meal out for that price. Nice but won't return

Great coffee shop, only had takeaway coffee but cakes and food looked delicious. Lovely decor inside. Super friendly staff. Well worth a visit!

Visited yesterday for lunch, no customer service from the girls behind the till, we asked where we could sit, and was told, over there, we cleared our own table from a customer who was just leaving, unfortunately this was then not cleaned, the dishes that we left on the side, stayed for the whole of our stay!
We ordered our food, I ordered the sausage sandwich with onion chutney and asked if I could add bacon, this was charged to me at £12.50! It was the smallest sandwich I'd ever seen, it did taste very nice, but the sausage was cold. My friend had the serrano ham and mozzarella sandwich, we then ordered a tea and a coke, this come to just under £30, if we'd have received maybe, some chips, salad, etc..then I wouldn't mind, but it was literally a sandwich on a plate, and the tea was cold. I wished we'd had raised it at the time, but to be fair, we will not be returning. There was no hello or goodbye from the staff and the whole experience was very disappointing. We watched 6 couples come to the door to come in, but as there was no room they left, And the dust on the hanging lights was terrible, definitely a case of style over substance. Look after your customers, and they will return.
