They are not good at informing the patient. As an NHS patient l get band 1 dental treatment for £25.80. And then they insisted on a hygienist dentist appointment, cost is £44,90. You have right to ask what this treatment includes, they refused to explain it. And they said band 2 charge this is. I checked NHS website and I could not find anything related to this treatment and I asked again they have not replied my email. And band 1, band 2 treatments are so clear on NHS website. I just need them to answer me such as your treatment is this. But nope.If hygenist will do scaling, polishing and marginal correction of fillings it is in band 1, when I checked band 2 there is nothing regarding with the hygenist dental treatment.

I had my first appointment here today and I was a bit nervous going in but everyone was super friendly, I had nothing to worry about. Receptionist, nurse, and dentist were all brilliant ? I won't be as nervous on my next visit, thank you :) Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

As a nervous patient I have to say this is the best dental practice I have ever attended. I was there last Tuesday to have some fillings done or replaced and although I was in surgery for the better part of an hour the whole thing went very well. I have now been in the little bijou as I call it downstairs surgery in the chair which does everything itself even letting you lie back with your feet flat on the floor so my shoes don't fall off. The dentists and their assistants are wonderful Sarah the receptionist is lovely and friendly and then there's Mariam who I have described as the world's best dentist though I am not sure she agrees lol. First class in every department

I was very nervous ? having bad experiences with dentists in the past. The staff at 210 Dental Clinic were extremely professional, polite, caring and very helpful from the receptionist, dentist and nursing team. My extraction was stress free and I felt at ease in the professional hands of Dr Hamer and her amazing team who provided a brilliant service. Would highly recommend.

I am an nhs patient at 210 dental however they also offer cosmetic dentistry under their private clinic. Had some composite bonding done today by Adam and absolutely overwhelmed with the results. He?s done such a great job as he?s managed to enhance my natural smile without it looking like I?ve had anything done. Very reasonably priced, too! Sarah the receptionist has also got to get a special mention , she always greets me by name which is so welcoming and truly goes above and beyond (remembering my mum was on the waiting list for another dentist and she informed me they had a space for her here!). Thanks again to Adam and the rest of the team. Would very much recommend.

I can't really comment on the treatment services at 210 Dental, I haven't had any work done for a long time. That is because the focus at 210 Dental is on maintaining good dental health and preventing problems from happening. The team are patient, polite and friendly. Their advice is positive and constructive. 210 Dental is a great asset to Boston Spa.

More interested in making money from very expensive hygienist appointments than NHS work. Good luck trying to get an NHS scale and polish from them.

I have recently become a patient at 210 Dental Clinic and can highly recommend them. The initial consultation proved reassuring as I had not had a check up at my previous dentist for two and a half years due to the pandemic. The follow up descaling and polishing was excellent and extremely thorough. A first class service that I am extremely grateful for.

NHS patient.I would just like to say a big thank you to all the ladies who looked after me.I have a problem with anxiety and seeing teeth( long story) but I was treated with respected and understanding by the dentist, nurse and receptionist ( sorry very bad with names). I think this dental practice is superb. I have been going there since they opened. I have had a lot of damage to my teeth over many years and they strive to repair whatever is possible. I rate them as excellent.

Absolutely dreadful encounter with the receptionist. We were very concerned about our little boys teeth, and when we needed a kindly word we were met with a rude, obnoxious and supercilious receptionist who proceeded to lecture us which I found quite unbelievable.I would suggest either of the dentists in Wetherby, both of whom could not have been more empathetic and helpful, in spite of one of them not being able to offer us an appointment.If I behaved like this in my profession I would be, quite rightly, reported to the regulator. It is just a pity that the same mechanism of professional accountability does not exist for dental receptionists.

Absolutely awful. I've never been talked to or treated so rude by anyone pretending to offer an nhs treatment. She was even berating me over my 6 year olds diet. The dentist wasn't interested in doing any work apart from pulling teeth unless I wanted to discuss paying privately. An absolute joke and waste of mine and my family's time.
