To whoever was working Sunday 23rd March at 15:15, kindly make it less obvious when you think I'm stealing. I can't even pick up a graphic novel to flick through without you walking over and pretending to sort books just to watch me. You were sat on your arse not working before I walked into a dead shop, so how convenient. I don't even look shady, but you looked like a tool. Do better.

As someone that works in retail, the man working the post office section (long ish curly hair) had extremely bad manners and customer service skills. Very Patronising behaviour and overall an unpleasant interaction with this individual who was extremely unhelpful and blunt.

I called them about WWE Clash at the Castle 2024. They wanted Drew McIntyre to win, which instantly earned them a five stars.

The one star was because of the absolute rudeness of the guy behind the counter. I wanted to know where the pens were as I've never been to this store. He barely even acknowledged me and just vaguely gestured to where they were.
I've never experienced such an odd encounter, not often do I feel bemused. Whether or not he's still working for you since I hope you train your staff better in future. Customer service courses are available over at Wakefield College.

The post office in Smiths Wakefield the service was very good the lady who served me was very polite and knowledgeable l went there to send a parcel and get a renewed passport.. I would recommend any one to visit. Visited on Wednesday 13 March

We went in today to replace a burgundy stamp book with a navy stamp book (tried to replace the burgundy because was faulty) and a man was on till saying ??the navy one shouldn?t be on the shelve because it was open, I can?t replace the burgundy because it is a faulty?? Then I said ??can I speak to the manger.? And he said ??The manager is on holiday ?? but she is back in on Monday??, then I said ??I work non-stop on Monday??. Even though he did say that?s what the manager has said to him, he might not quite fully understand + we could have spoken to other staff members but they WERE ALL ON HOLIDAY BECAUSE ITS SUMMER ? ? so that why I am writing this review for the understandable BAD service. Hope to hear from you soon. Many thanks

Hi, i spend a substantial amount of money on mags from different WH Smiths on my travels, the one store I find exceptional is the store in Wakey Bus Station, it is the tidiest and most organised of them all, every item is faced up with all labels facing the front,sweets, pop, crisps, everything, all magazines are neatly in rows on the shelves, unlike other stores where mags are all mixed up and look as though they haven't been tidied up for some time, all in all a very well kept shop, and the staff are great too, it's a pleasure to visit this store, the next best is the big shop in Leeds City Centre, which I use a lot too.
