Went to deposit a large cash amount no one there except one woman.
Cash machines can only take £2500 in cash per day,no one on desk (Saturday) to accept cash, apparently you can't on a Saturday! Ridiculous, they've closed local branches and run a skeleton staff on a Saturday.
I made a special effort to go ,as I live a drive away and pay to.park , had to wait 30 mins, theres no Privacy and no security.in the past they had someone behind a window ,where you could deposit cash in the Dropbox and watch the cashier count it.now they give you a receipt for the amount you say your depositing then disappear in the back to check it. I find this disturbing and anti social to say the least.
Standards are poor,customer service is poor too. Tsb need to uo their game.

Went in to the Wakefield TSB branch today 26th of Jan, to open a bank account for my daughter. Got told to book an appointment as it takes 1 hour! She also said it was lunch time and only her and one other was working. There was no other customer in that branch at the time other than me and my daughter. The level of customer service was shocking and her attitude was some what i can't be bothered! When i said i'll go somewhere else, she even said good luck!!! Went to Lloyds and within 20 minutes my daughter had her first bank account. (More fool them)

Absolutely unprofessional these old ladies need to retire just arrogant and unsafe to widraw cash here safety concerns need to be raised as giving large amount of cash front of people to see loud mouth so if someone wants to rob you they know security concerns need to be checked with these old ladies or it?s just they don?t like coloured people

Great to actually speak to someone at the Wakefield branch after being on hold on the customer services line. The team were so helpful, nothing was a problem and made the experience worth driving in for. Thanks Wakefield TSB team ?

I was in Wakefield and urgently needed to make a payment to a company. After being on hold with customer service for over an hour over the phone, I decided to visit this branch and I'm so glad I did as the service I received there was exceptional. Sam and Ryan were amazing from start to finish and help me with the issue I had. I was really impressed with their level of customer service as I have not experienced customer service like this in a long time. Thanks again Sam and Ryan for helping me resolve the issue.

Staff stands around and gossips rather than helping customers there?s 4 of them and yet there?s a queue of 3 other people excluding myself it took 40 mins for them to finally look into my enquiry. They care more about some new fridge they got than their clients.

Me and my husband have just been to the Tsb branch in Wakefield. We would love to thank Charlie the manager for showing us new options for our savings account and also rectifying our tsb account. Charlie your a credit to Tsb thank you very much for all your help.

Staff unprofessional and are obsessed with you using the machines! Refuse to allow customer use the counter, you have to fight for that privilege!
