I was in Wakefield and urgently needed to make a payment to a company. After being on hold with customer service for over an hour over the phone, I decided to visit this branch and I'm so glad I did as the service I received there was exceptional. Sam and Ryan were amazing from start to finish and help me with the issue I had. I was really impressed with their level of customer service as I have not experienced customer service like this in a long time. Thanks again Sam and Ryan for helping me resolve the issue.

Staff stands around and gossips rather than helping customers there?s 4 of them and yet there?s a queue of 3 other people excluding myself it took 40 mins for them to finally look into my enquiry. They care more about some new fridge they got than their clients.

Me and my husband have just been to the Tsb branch in Wakefield. We would love to thank Charlie the manager for showing us new options for our savings account and also rectifying our tsb account. Charlie your a credit to Tsb thank you very much for all your help.

Called tsb in Wakefield on the phone. Was told by the answer machine to do it on line, but don?t have internet at home or a smart phone. Not helpful at all.

Staff unprofessional and are obsessed with you using the machines! Refuse to allow customer use the counter, you have to fight for that privilege!

Impersonal and now served by machines. There is a "greeter" to assist but its not a bank to welcome you any longer.

Tried calling 6 times over 2 weeks, would like to speak with a human. If they have a telephone they should answer it. Very poor service... if rhey want every thing on line, they will lose the grey pound.

I went in here yesterday, made a withdrew from cash machine & went to counter to get some change. I didn't want a lot, but they didn't even have £60 in coins. This is not the first time it's happened. Been with them for 30+ years but thinking about changing. Don't get me wrong staff are lovely, but a bank with no change in it's safe ??.

went into branch 6 weeks ago to transfer funds ,still not happened.Rang branch on many occasions to sort out problem and promised they would get back to me but have not.Keep ringing branch but no one answers phones.This bank to be worst i have dealt with

Friendly staff and try their best for what they have, always willing to help. The cash machines ( ATMS ) don't always work but other than that perfect place for banking.

Husband went in here Monday, there was only 1 cashier on and the lady being served took 20 minutes, no other cashiers came out to help clear the queue forming. It was midmorning so no lunch break to cover, this seems to be getting the norm here. The staff are friendly and helpful just not enough of them.
