The new shop layout is fresh welcoming and spacious. All the team are wonderful. They are professional knowledgeable and very patient answering any questions . We have used this store for many years under the old Thomson brand. The team at Wakefield TUI have carried on the tradition of excellent service. There are so many occasions now where you want to speak to a real human being. I am hearing impaired and phoning is a nightmare for me. Well done TUI for keeping your stores open. There are many customers who want this experience as well as using online methods. Well done the Wakefield TUI Team. ????????????”
