Great friendly staff who are very helpful. I always choose Toolstation first before any other DIY supplier. Really good range of tools and fixings and more often than not cheaper than the larger corporate chains.

Apparently toolstation are selling used goods now. They have no more in stock, ordered it 4 days ago and they've told me that I can come back another day even though I have a job now. It's covered in scratches no box no paperwork. Funny thing is if it's faulty I can't even return is because there's no box.

Ordered some LED lamps on the Toolstation app, the ready to collect came through really quickly, went to pick them up and was served by a lady called Charlotte, very quick, efficient and friendly service from her, would definitely recommend Toolstation in the future ?

I find it poor customer service to not have the correct prices displayed in store. I understand it isn't possible to keep up to date prices in all catalogues but the laminated ones displayed in store should always be correct as this is how the customer makes their purchase
