Overpriced. Asked about button battery for car key and it starts from £5 for 1, thinking that might be includes replacing labor. Nope. Replacing starts from £13. Went to Lidl and pack of Lithium buttons £1.99 pack of 6 and it took me less than 5 minutes to replace it myself. Shocking prices!

Recently went to get some boots re heeled and as I was in a rush I didn't ask how much it would be. When I was asked for payment I was told it was £25, I should have just walked out, but my wife needed themurgently . £25, I could get a new pair for that. Won't be going back there again

Was running a Mental Health Event as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 in Wakefield for our local voluntary mental health support group recently and wanted to recognise the support we had received from 3 key people who had always gone the extra mile in supporting us in raising mental health awareness. My local Timpson's (At Asda) and their great staff John and his colleague were so courteous helpful and understanding in engrave the award trophies that we were going to give to the recipients and we were delighted with the results. As well as that they did me a really special price and i mean 'really special' which helps us a support group too. Cannot thank you enough John and Timpson's, your continued support in raising mental health awareness is a shining beacon to all companies out there. Thank You

If your electronic car key is not working just ask John at Timpsons, (Asda) Wakefield to sort it. He got my unresponsive key working and saved me a three figure sum for a new key from the manufacturer. Would highly recommend.

I needed a passport type photograph doing quickly for a DVLA application and so after a web search called at the branch within Asda on Asdale Road Wakefield. A very polite and efficient young chap sorted out what I needed.Taken carefully with a quality digital camera it produced an excellent set of quality photographs plus a digital copy sent to my email address which I will use for my online Metrocard application. Highly recommended.

A chap called Jon makes this place tick, very friendly and fantastic service, cannot recommend enough! I would suggest to travel specifically to the Wakefield branch in Asda neat pugneys for his exceptional knowledge, expertise and customer service.

After my battery was replaced in my divers watch and supposedly tested in the shop I had to take it back a week later as the watch started steaming up. the shop assistant agreed there was water ingress after the battery was replaced the watch has now been sent away by timpson for repair foc. I found the shop assistant who originally replaced the battery off hand & bad tempered when I asked him to check the screw on back to the watch was tight enough. Dreadfully customer service.

Took my watch for battery change he broke the screws at the back and said there were damaged as I bought the watch brand new and first time opened now with out a watch bad service beware

Had to wait as no one there. Eventually got two house keys cut. Neither of them work. Came back to find no one there again!! Waiting.........

Had 4 keys cut for 4 different locks and none of them worked. Rung their helpline and was told I could have my money back.
