I wouldn't ordinarily bother with a review but Joy in store was absolutely brilliant! Best service I've had anywhere in a long long time.
I had been recommended to three by a neighbour and I can understand why .
I find mobile phones quite stressful and Joy moved my number from 02, transferred everything across to the new phone for me and found me a great offer for Internet for home .

I've been a very happy 3 customer for many years, and today visited the store to discuss a new phone. The customer service I receive in the Wakefield store is always first-rate but a special mention today for Mike who was absolutely brilliant. I am a bit resistant to change and had put off upgrading for the longest time but Mike immediately identified my needs, made appropriate recommendations without a hint of hard sell, and was an absolute delight to deal with. I never felt rushed or pressured, and everything was so easy. I'll be back tomorrow once my new device has been delivered so Mike can help me transfer everything across. Thanks so much Mike, and keep up the good work Team Wakefield!

I asked for help with my mobile phone at the Three shop Wakefield today. A gentleman called Shane was extremely helpful & solved my problem. He took time to sort things out & I am extremely grateful. Three must be so pleased they employ him as he provides a service to be proud of.

Went to the Three shop in Wakefield to have my pictures transferred from my old phone to my repaired phone Shane had sent away for fixing. Jordan made sure everything was on my newly repaired phone and explained everything in detail before I left!

No help at all, basically tell me I have to replace a perfectly good working phone because it has old technology.
I just have a spare several hundred pounds laying around for a new one.

It was frustrating because I couldn't purchase in store as I no longer have photo ID but Joy (manager?)still took her time to show me the phones and explain how the new financing works and after the phone was delivered I went in to store and Joy again took her time to assist me transferring my stuff from the old phone.10 out of 10
