A week ago, I noticed a damaged pack of Fisherman's Friend and reported it to a staff member. But when I visited again today, the same damaged pack was still on the shelf ? it seems like no one has checked or restocked that section all week. This raises concerns about store management and hygiene standards.

Avoid this superdrug , staff are rude and disrespectful not professional at all . So many items opened and missing from this branch seems like they are doing a great job from stopping thieves ?, but yet I ( a regular customer) was followed and watched which made me very uncomfortable the staff need to get some sort of training on how to target the right thief and stop following people that do actually pay for their items .

Store has most things you need as they are all the same but customer service lacks.
Helen who is supposedly a "team leader" doesn't belong in a customer facing role in my opinion. She was talking on her headset while dealing with the customer in front of me only speaking to say the price, didn't even say hello to me .... And again only speaking to say the price.
As the only person on the tills I think this needs re-evaluating, it's just rude behaviour from a human let alone a team leader in a store.
