Matty and the guys always provide excellent service. Me and my colleagues go for lunch here on a regular basis and they always get the orders correct. The guys and girls are friendly and the service is efficient, considering how busy it gets at lunch.

Went in on a Sunday to get some cookies and ended up getting a sandwich too. There were 2 customers before me and only 1 person serving; Claire. I heard her say that she was on her own as the other employee was on their break. When it was my turn to place the order Claire changed her gloves without me even having to ask her to. She was very pleasant and friendly; making conversation, smiling and building rapport as she prepared my order. She also told me about an offer they had on which ended up saving me money on my order. The place was clean and tidy; well laid out so you can eat in too. The service was very fast, even though there was only 1 person serving, she didn?t let the customer satisfaction drop. Honestly can?t find a fault with this branch ??

Busy talking with work colleagues. Bread was stale, veggies were all frost bitted, skimpy portions and half bothered to put it all together. 0 attention to any detail.
