I have to put 2 stars only for the food because you don't have much non dairy food. So not enough choice when you're lactose intolerant.
Except that I love that store.

Went through the drive thru and was served by a young lad name on the receipt says Jamie but this was not his name I don?t believe, no please or thank you very rude needs to learn some manners or he?s in the wrong job!

Just left this store. I was given a hot chocolate with cream for my son who cannot have cream. I specified no cream! When I went back in to tell the staff I had been given this incorrectly, they asked what i ordered and made another drink. No apology, no acknowledgement of the error! Just rude and very poor customer service. I am appalled.

it was clean and tidy, helpfull staff and the coffee is nice the food was standard, but it was very expensive. even with a blue light card.

Toilets are small.
Staff not really organised.
Came in mid morning and then decided to pick a coffee up just over 2 hours later and the same dirty cups are on the tables everywhere. Hardly an empty table to find.

Got to be the worst SB in the UK. Service terrible at times and can wait forever at the DT.Only worth it when certain staff are on their shift.

Sat here for a hour and the tables had cups and plates on them nobody came round to clear them away. There was more than enough staff in. Manager sat in door way youd think she'd want it kept presentable. Not the cleanest I've been too
