Don't visit this place service is atrocious empty pub sat down for breakfast with our small well behaved dog to be told after ordering and getting our coffees that dogs aren't allowed and we will have to sit outside in -8 degrees frozen solid tables and chairs. It's a massive pub on a well known dog walking route by the canal very poor service. We couldn't have possibly have sat outside so had to leave . Will not be visiting again

Just walk into Stanley ferry pub and ordered breakfast, ordered dog sausages and then were told that dogs are not allowed , after I had sat at my table after ordering,
It?s -7 outside and I were told to eat outside absolutely disgusting,
I will never come here again ,
Never felt so unwelcome, they had to cheek to let me Oder food then tell me , poor service , definitely one star no signs outside saying no dogs allowed either

One of the nicest hungry horse breakfasts we have had. Not from the area only popped in as it was local to where we were doing business. Staff were so inviting, very polite and made sure to check everything was OK. Food came out hot and quickly. Pub was extremely clean and it's set in a lovely location with views over the little boats on the canal.

This is my regular place to go to, to eat now. Very easy to order via app, do wish there was a quiet area/time for auitem though. I had xmas roast it was lovely it was missing cranberries though.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, they have a play room for them.

Booked a table for Christmas Eve, arrived early and was shown to our table. Steak was cooked perfectly for my husband and I really enjoyed the veggie one burger, finished with hot crumble and custard. Staff are friendly with a good pub atmosphere. Good value for money.

Food was diar eggs undercooked asked for bacon well done wasn't
12 years old gift a fireman Sam paint set
Must have cost a quid
