The young man who works in audiology did an excellent job today. He was diligent, caring and effective, when improving my hearing by using the suction method. Very professional and friendly. Thank you!
Can I suggest a note/leaflet could be provded for customers to explain possible follow up advice. This was explained to me.

I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers trinity walk.The staff were friendly, professional, and made the entire process from eye test to choosing glasses smooth and stress-free. The optometrist was thorough and explained everything clearly, and I felt well cared for throughout. A great selection of frames too. Highly recommend

Recently, I picked up a new pair of glasses that were ready in just a week, and I?m absolutely delighted with them. They?re beautiful, pink, and transparent?perfectly matching my style. Specsavers are the best Opticians in my opinion. Excellent professional staff, make you feel valued as a customer. I injured my eye in garden. Went to Doctors sent me to opticians. Walked into Specsavers. Was seen immediately. First class professional service. Simply the best 5 stars.

New prescription lenses are very good. The frames are an excellent fit because I made use of a former pair which I knew fitted like a glove. My immediately previous pair never fitted properly even after 4 returns for adjustment! Hence 4 stars not 5.
