I attended this station about 4:40am on the morning of the 29th july, the young guy that served me was just lovely, no one is expected to be that happy that early in the morning but he was, his customer service was fantastic, he got me a coffee and a meal deal and was patient with me as I didn't know what chocolate I wanted, his manners were impeccable and he was so curtious, I had the best start to my day due to him so thank you! I hope he is recognised for his great customer service even at that hour of the morning. A+++ service

Came here today had my family In the car, came to get some drinks the lady on the till tried to serve me on a different till as there was a problem with the 1st till but then there was a guy there who stopped her and said I?m a manager didnt apologise for inconvenience or try to explain and was quite rude. The lady was trying to do her best to serve me told them I?m in a rush on my way to family event. He said take the drinks for free to which I refused there was a way for me to pay this guy needs some training before he starts speaking to customers and to learn that a bit of kindness in your voice goes a long way

Abdul took care of our order, Abdul was extremely polite and took care of our necessary needs. I would hire Abdul myself, his customer service was 11/10.
Our delivery driver Ismail, was clearly trained by Abdul, as he, was very polite, and caring.

I love this shop! I have been plenty of times. When I go in, it is ALWAYS clean and tidy! The staff are obviously always keeping a close eye on stock rotation as they always seem to have deal on the reduced items, which is great for me! 4 donuts for 50p Yes please!
The staff are exceptionally friendly! They have a lovely team of staff in there!
If you ever go to this shop, you will not be disappointed! Keep up the good work Shell Ossett ??

Clean, well-maintained petrol station. Facilities to refuel, air tyres and pick up a snack while you're on the go. The only gripe I have is fuel costs tend to be higher than some other local stations, such as Morrisons down the road.

I have gone to this garage 3 times this past week early hours, as I work nights it?s the closest shop available. When arrived I was greeted with a sign that?s says ?system down? I can understand one day but three days in a row, seems like the guy behind the counter can?t be bothered to do his job so he just whacks that sign up.

Disgusting shop. Most of the food is out of date (keep an eye on that! ) the woman behind the counter that looks like she is about to die, likes to swap things under the counter when bagging items while customers aren?t watching. Possibly more out of date food swaps? I challenged her about this and she refused to serve me, snatched my can of Monster from me and told me to leave. That explains it !\\nThe food fridges aren?t on (Health and Safety anyone? ) 4 of the 5 milk?s were out of date and some items have price increases stuck over the printed price on the packet? Very dodgy shop indeed. Avoid this if you can. Unless you want food poising, of course!

Stopped here for hgv refuel and to use the toilet. I always stop here when I'm on this route. Will recommend this place for sure.
