Always use this station to fuel up as we only live around the corner.
This morning I paid for a Too Good To Go bag to collect after I finished work. Turned up to collect and the girls couldn't find it. I waited in store while they tried to contact what I assume was a manager, but with no joy. The poor girls did absolutely everything they could but their calls and messages were ignored by whoever they were trying to contact, at one point someone had actually seen a message and just ignored it.
My complaint is not about the girls on shift at the time as they are actually a credit to you, they were so helpful and lovely but management really needs sorting if they can't be bothered to help their young staff that are on shift. Management should always be contactable in my eye.
I had a wasted journey and wasted 20 minutes of what are already busy evenings after work with a young family.
I would actually give the young blonde girl 5 stars for her service as she was not at fault and did all she could to help.
Sort it out.

Was ordered to go to the expensive diesel pump so an attendant coul wash the regular pump was rather rude so will no longer be using this garage for my fuel or anything else . ?

Used to be open until 10 pm , just seem to close when they want now , It?s an independent garage now so it won?t change, having been on my doorstep for 54 years I now use the 24 hours JET garage up the road, Shame really as it used to be my family and friends first choice ?

Rip off false advertising.Drive in, see Diesel at 1.69. Pull up to pump take black handle and start filling. Think to myself price is going up very quickly, check price on pump and its 1.83 instead. V-something or other diesel.Shell should be ashamed and make sure there are adequate signs to tell you the pump you are using isnt the price advertised before you see it on the pump display.Was going to fill a full tank but left with a cup full of your daft overpriced rubbish. You missed out on a sale there shell.
