Great store, very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much for them.
I recently bought a product in error which I had to return, they were lovely and refunded me immediately without any issues.
This is my go to shop for DIY as it often beats the others around price wise ?

Excellent service at screwfix , Dave really helped me out finding the parts I needed to fix my kitchen tap. Top lad! Will definitely be shopping there again.

I think Screwfix is severely overlooked by many people.
I have to say I always found their products at a cheaper price than their competitors (eg, B&Q). Often, of better quality too.

Since it went to checking in system the whole atmosphere which was at screwfix as gone why the staff there god only knows ,you get text to say your order picked and waiting when you go to pick it up it is still not ready after registering in it is now a complete joke alot of my colleagues in the building trade now visit toolstationthat is why i give it 1star it should be minus 3
