Just had updated online bank app on phone. Total garbage, keeps crashing takes way too long to transfer money or to pay bills... think a new bank account elsewhere is coming

2024 and we are still waiting 3 days for money to transfer.Like they think that we think they're using pen and paper, rubber stamps and Humans. ??Fact is, this transfer window will cause me physical discomfort.Rich taking advantage of the poor with overnight , interest free money.

Had a problem with money being taken fraudulently from my account, spoke to a great advisor on the phone,then a very pleasant helpful lady in branch .A big shout out to Lesley for the information she gave ,she didn't rush me such a pleasant change to be treated like an actual person .

Been an on going battle since the 10th October, £480 was paid by a standing order to an estate agents I haven't used since 2019.staight away I called the bank and they exampled they would send a refund request to the estate agents and they just need to accept it and the money would be put back in but could take 20 working days. I stressed to them I was left with £5 and I relayed on this money I have 2 kids one that's disabled in a special school in the next town. And they said it could be in sooner. My family's had to lend me money take me in there cars for school runs cause I couldn't even afford petrol. I called today if theres been any update from the estate agents and they tell me won't be any change until 20 working days with no reason why takes so long. I really am struggling at the moment I have bills due out and no-one is listening to me

Great staff but a shocking bank they have 4 desks but only ever 1 working an now the only bank around Wakefield is closed till 4th July it?s ridiculous

I love the staff at my branch in Wakefield, so helpful, cheerful ,simpathic and understand . They are very professional in how they deal with you ,which makes me feel comfortable with my banking. Thank you ?

Called in today to pay a bill and do a couple of transfers. First time since lock down and I must say they were well organised and had social distancing sorted. Obviously took longer than usual but these days better safe than sorry
