Amazing customer service by **Sean** I can't thank him enough for his professional, efficient, helpful, empathetic, yet friendly manner and an all round great attitude with an issue that Uber should have sorted!!!! (I will never use Uber delivery again. 3 times I have used their services and 3 times my order was wrong or messed up yet they refuse to take responsibility for anything)!!!! After explaining to **Sean** (because he deserves lots of stars) what the issue was he was honest enough to admit that the store may have been partially to blame, honesty is a great trait to have! Even though it was still up to Uber to refund the issue they just weren't budging. **Sean** tried contacting them via the business side of things but Uber still wouldn't budge. **Sean** though wanted to help so did the best he could and actually overly compensated me with a Sainsbury's voucher to help rectify the situation so I wasn't totally left out of pocket. Thank you **Sean** for all your help, Sainsbury's are lucky to have you as an employee!!!!

The price of hand roll tabacco keeps going up in this store where every where else is the same price 4 days ago i bought 30gram sterling 19.45 been today mon 4th march its gone jp again to £20.05 rip off merchants

Used Argos side to collect a hair trimmer. Should imagine it's easy enough in normal circumstances, but due to social distancing there's not enough room for more than one person waiting for purchase to be brought out. This gives rise to ignorant people pushing in before their turn which happened to me..... staff should ask "who's next?" to avoid this.Have to wait outside while they bring purchase out to you but then they are approaching within a metre or so of you.Needs a bit of organising.
