Lady at till wouldn?t let me purchase cigarettes cause my BRP is not a legal document they use in Sainsbury. How is this possible when a BRP is the form of identification in the UK. Review your policies. It?s pathetic really

3 tills open, but 2 of the representatives doing something else. People que thinking we can use all 3, but in fact just 1. I add bag for products, place the bag on thr counter, for the products, she adds the products next to the bag. Big que behind, I got to pay, and add the products. I politely ask, why do some employees add them and other don't, she tells me "people might prefer to add the products themselves". That is the most illogical and nonsense response I ever heard. I say that doesn't make any sense, the other employee, asks her, what did he want? Like I was not just sitting there. Very rude and unpractical behaviour. Manager was there too, but fel asleep or something.
