Visited this store today for a refund from the store in Ripon. Staff were extremely helpful, not straight forward, the store is spotlessly clean well stocked and a credit to the manager.

I like Poundstretcher shops as they have a good variety and selection of useful everyday stock and lovely garden items - always well worth a visit as reasonable prices too.

Nipped in to Wakefield store today for a few bits got what I needed ? Went to till to have to wait a good 5 minutes for someone to come meanwhile a que was building up so shouted for assistance only to have to wait a few more minutes when the till assistant finally turned up from the office behind the till she was very rude to everybody that was waiting to be served very poor customer service I have used this store for over 20 years and found it to be getting worse to shop in so from that will no longer be using again thanks staff there for saving me my money

Very overpriced. It definitely doesn't stretch the pound! Same things can be bought in home bargains or poundland for half of the price.. will not go again

Rude and appalling staff. Stand in their little huddles then slagg off your purchases. Look like they need a basic education on manners and cleanliness. No point in complaining, the head office won't do anything.
