Friendly staff, cheap prices hot food, that's about as good as it gets, I tried the sausage and egg muffin, I had one bite then threw it in the bin, poor quality ingredients but if you want a quick meal, that's cheap it might be your place to go...

Pleasant bargain bakery with a range of sandwichs, pasties and buns. Also dors a range of hot foods like cheese on toast and cheesy chips. I prefer their vegetarian sausage rolls to Greggs or Cooplands.

Me and my partner got some bavarian slices and we found a hair in them. It put us off all together and we threw the rest in the bin. Very disappointed and will not be visiting ever again.

it was not a good experience there. i visited today around 4:00pm the lady there didnt return me the right amount of cash. she supposed to return me 14pound95 pence. total bill was 5pounds and 5 pence(3pounds 20 pence for donuts and 1.85 for a drink).but she returned me only 5 pounds in coins out of 20 pounds. it isn?t fair etal.

lots of yummy items i had a sausage roll and a drink. prices were good and got in and out fast just some of the staff were a bit unnappy to be there it seemed.

My experience at pound bakery today was out of this world. The most scrumptious pigs in blankets I?ve ever had the pleasure of eating, for only ONE POUND! I?m blown away by the friendly staff (in particular Emily Guest) and their exceptional conversation skills. I plan to return to Pound Bakery Wakefield on several occasions, to get good grub at an even better price.

I used to go here a couple of times a week when I worked in trinity shopping centre so was surprised when I went recently to see the price increases but I bought a sreak bake anyway, but was seriously disappointed as it only contained gravy! No meat whatsoever! Definitely wouldn't waste my money again and gone back to greggs!

Excellent and very well-run branch. Friendly employees who are clearly skilled, careful and experienced with oven timings, pasties and other hot food are very consistent - I can't think of a time I've ever had a burnt or undercooked pasty from them. Honest food served well.
